Pneumo-Hydraulic Pressure Intensifier

The working cylinder on the TOX press units requires hydraulic pressure of 250 bar (3600 psi) or 470 bar (6900 psi) depending on the unit. The simplest way to generate this hydraulic pressure is with a pneumo-hydraulic TOX-Pressure Intensifier, which boosts the compressed air pressure from 6 bar (90 psi) to the required hydraulic pressure. The press unit controls are integrated in the intensifier unit. We offer two intensifier versions in different variations:

Compact-Pressure Intensifier BES

For TOX-Handheld Units CMH 01.45 and CMH 02.30, TOX-Mini-Handheld Units CMH 03.45 and CMH 04.45 version 12. With pneumatic controls, including a pressure relief valve.

: Rolling model PHA

Press Unit-Pressure Intensifier PHA

For TOX-Handheld Units TZ and CHH (250 bar) or for
TOX-Mini-Handheld Units CMH 04.45 (470 bar); version with 1- and 2-Hand controls with safety valve, in rolling or pedestal mounted models.
