Rectangular Side Mount Tools

This type of tools features a space saving mounting design and allows quick and easy exchange of tools, usually without the need to disassemble the die set. Side mount tools can be used for single or multipoint applications.

The tool is supported in the die set by a hardened backup plate, which absorbs the force so that the mounting bolts don't carry the load. The dies feature the patented insert.
