For two different rivet lengths

1. TOX Powerpackage drive. Also available with TOX KT-System or TOX ElectricDrive.

2. Two singulators with feed tubes for two lengths of rivets

3. Swage head with rivet selector according to joint requirements

4. Controls for the complete press cycle

Feeding system with ClinchRivet-Slider

Advantage:
Using one press or tongs, various sheet metal thicknesses requiring different length rivets can be joined under optimum parameter conditions. This is possible using the "Slider" head version which feeds the correct rivet type into place.

Function:
Depending on the rivet type required, a pneumatic cylinder actuates the Slider, and the rivet is fed, guided and pressed into place.
