• For RZH cylinders series 00 and 30, the adjustment of the total stroke is done directly by an adjustable collar on the cylinder rod.
• For RZH series 200, the adjustment is done at the TOX tooling using shim plates.

The hydraulic pressure to the cylinder RZH can preferably be supplied by a TOX pneumohydraulic intensifiers PHA or ES. Up to 6 cylinders can be operated simultaneously by one booster. Alternatively the RZH can be plugged directly to a hydraulic power unit.

The type of pressure media used for the return stroke determines the type of cylinder. Use a RZHL for air return or a RZHO for oil return.

00: with total stroke limiter 10 mm range
30: with total stroke limiter 50 mm range
200: with 50 mm travel without adjustment, 4 return ports (90°), axial and radial approach port.
