With these pneumatic presses, the press ram is moved into position over a toggle mechanism actuated by the hand lever. Once the ram is closed and a safety limit switch has been tripped, the operator can actuate the 6 mm long pneumatic power stroke by pressing the pushbutton at the end of the lever. Releasing the lever or the pushbutton returns the cylinder and the lever to the start position. The TOX pneumatic presses with manual assist are available with capacities ranging from 2 - 57.5 kN (450 - 12,926 lb-force) and in three frame sizes. Our pneumatic presses feature a ball rail guide system and a basic tool set.
